We have provided catering at some of the largest events and festivals across the UK and recently organised this years Birmingham Christmas Market at St Philips Cathedral Birmingham.

Our speciality butchers sausages are made in Hitchin and come in various flavours from our award winning Pork & Leek, to Cumberland, Traditional Pork or our Fiery Pork & Chilli!
We use freshly baked bread rolls from a local bakery in Bedfordshire.
We can offer a range of units and products for catering services at festivals and street food markets or seasonal events. We offer the best quality produce from British Butchers Sausages to Gourmet Burgers and delicious pulled pork.
We can provide full Christmas Market experiences within established town centres and retail parks. Our Christmas markets provide a complimentary retail enhancing festive experience designed to increase footfall by attracting new visitors. Or if you are organising your own event we are happy to attend providing hot food catering services such as our Signature Christmas dinner in large Yorkshire puddings to hot pulled pork rolls with stuffing and apple sauce.
